Seating/accessibility for people with a disability

Nederlandse versie
De Helling is a music venue, which means we usually only work with standing tickets. For people with a disability, we of course make an exception.

If you have difficulty walking, you can always ask one of our staff members for a bar stool, so you can still enjoy the concert. Is a bar stool not an option because, for example, you use a wheelchair? Then please contact us so we can help you as best as we can. Our main entrance is unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible, but we do have the possibility to open another door for you so that you can enter with a wheelchair.

Furthermore, our venue and café (including accessible toilet) are on the same level, and are both located on the ground floor.

If you want to reserve a barstool or come to De Helling with a wheelchair, please call 030 221 9944 or send an e-mail to info@dehelling.nl. This e-mail address can be reached from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

If your question has not been answered yet, feel free to call 030 221 9944 or send an e-mail to info@dehelling.nl. We would love to help you have an enjoyable visit to De Helling.

Want a sneak peek inside De Helling ahead of your visit? Google stopped by in autumn 2023 for 360-degree streetview footage of our venue and café. Check out the streetview footage here.
