10. The management is not liable for loss of or damage to the property deposited or left unattended by you.
11. Visitors younger than 18 years of age will not have access after 11 p.m.

22. Racist, sexist, offensive and/or discriminatory statements, in any form, will absolutely not be tolerated.
23. Unwanted intimacies will absolutely not be tolerated.
24. Persons clearly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied access to De Helling.
25. In case of offences and crimes, the police will be called in.
26. If you have complaints of any kind, you can report them in writing to the management of De Helling. Complaints should be reported within three (3) working days from the moment they arise. After that, your 'right to complain' expires.
27. De Helling may decide to make visual and/or sound recordings of the event and its visitors. These recordings may be made public or reproduced. The visitor unconditionally grants permission for these recordings to be made and exploited without De Helling or third parties being or becoming liable to pay any compensation to the visitors. The visitor hereby transfers any neighbouring rights and/or copyright and/or portrait rights to the organisation without any restrictions. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her moral rights.
