Onderwerp: Event

Our calendar on the website tells you what time the doors open and what time the event starts. The expected end time of concerts is in most cases no later than 11:00 p.m. For our clubnights, it is best to check the event on the website for the most up-to-date information.

These times are always subject to change.

Unfortunately, there is nothing De Helling can do about this. In such cases, we advise you to sell your tickets in a safe and easy way via www.ticketswap.nl. De Helling uses SecureSwap, which will invalidate a seller's old ticket and send an entirely new ticket to the buyer.

Ticketholders will automatically receive an e-mail with more information (i.a. about restitution).

Ticketholders will receive an e-mail with more information. Your ticket will of course remain valid for the new date. If you're unable to attend on the new date, you will be given the opportunity to request a refund. For this, you can send an e-mail to kassa@dehelling.nl with your transaction number and IBAN number.

Onderwerp: Other questions

Our concerts are open to all ages, up to and including 14 years old we do advise coming with an adult. For clubnights, the minimum age is usually 18 years old. Please take a look at the clubnight on our website for specific information about this.

We don't have lockers, but we do have a supervised cloakroom. Here you can leave your belongings safely for €2 per item.

Please send an e-mail to info@dehelling.nl, and we will check whether it's in our lost & found. If it is, we can make an appointment and you can come and collect it!

De Helling is a music venue, which means we usually only work with standing tickets. For people with a disability, we of course make an exception. If you have difficulty walking, you can always ask one of our staff members for a bar stool, so you can still enjoy the concert. Is a bar stool not an option because, for example, you use a wheelchair? Then please contact us so we can help you as best as we can. Our main entrance is unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible, but we do have the possibility to open another door for you so that you can enter with a wheelchair.

Furthermore, our venue and café (including accessible toilet) are on the same level, and are both located on the ground floor. If you want to reserve a barstool or come to De Helling with a wheelchair, please call 030 221 9944 or send an e-mail to info@dehelling.nl. This e-mail address can be reached from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
