On February 21st, Yamatai Records celebrates its 5th anniversary with Rolling In The Deep. United by a shared love for dark, immersive and precise sound, we mark this milestone with a night of forward-thinking breaks, atmosphere and raw underground energy.

Founded in 2021, Yamatai Records has been making serious waves across the scene, earning recognition for standout releases and remixes from established artists alongside its strong focus on emerging talent and innovative sonics. With a growing presence not only in the UK but also in the Netherlands, the label continues to shine a light on highly talented artists and forward-thinking music.

AMOSS B2B ILL TRUTH A long-awaited collaboration for minimal DnB fanatics. Two of the genre’s most respected names join forces for a world exclusive 2 hour set! Amoss has been shaping the sound for years with a forward-thinking, progressive approach, including a 2025 Yamatai collaboration with Fearful. Ill Truth is known for their Bristol sound, combining old school vibes in a minimalist style. A sound that’s on full display in their remix of Yamatai artist Leks’ Vices. What this merger of great minds will sound like? That remains unknown. But expect a dark, rolling, forward-thinking set that pushes the boundaries of the genre.

MINOR FORMS Another exciting name from the UK, set for a forthcoming release on Yamatai. Drawing from ambient and drone textures, techno, jazz and beyond, this London-based DJ explores the deeper edges of drum & bass, with a strong experimental drive backed by an instinctive feel for the dancefloor.

LEKS Ever since Leks introduced himself to the Yamatai family with his debut single Comeback, he quickly became a label favourite. After tonight, you’ll understand why. With his minimal, tech-infused and sofa sound vibes, he embodies exactly what the label stands for. Since then, he has continued to deliver, including a trio of mind-bending tracks released last year with support from Apollo Navigation and Ill Truth – who also did a remix of his track Vices. It’s clear: Leks is on fire. You’ll feel it from the moment he hits the decks.

R3IDY B2B TER3NCE No Yamatai night is complete without R3IDY. This young DJ is regarded as one of the label’s most promising staple artists. Blending stripped-back minimalism with gritty rollers, his sound runs deep in the underground. Tonight he’s teaming up with fellow selector and kindred spirit, Utrecht’s own rising star TER3NCE. Together, they will deliver an hour packed with underground gems and relentless en3rgy.

ABSTRACT Yet another major Dutch talent rolling out of the Yamatai camp: Abstract. Last year, he showcased his dark, precision-driven sound alongside TER3NCE on Subterranean. Tonight, he takes the stage solo, further leaving his mark with a sound that’s deep, focused and built for our soundsystem.

ROLLING CREW As the biggest bunch of D&B freaks in the city, the Rolling Crew couldn’t resist stepping behind the decks themselves. Delivering the signature Rolling sound: sharp breaks, edgy selections. Ending the night with a bang.

INNATE MC Innate MC may have swapped his English birthground for Amsterdam years ago, but at heart he’s still thoroughly British. With deep roots in the UK rave scene, he’s been a fixture at major drum & bass festivals for over a decade. No matter the stage, his introspective lyrics, razor-sharp crowd control and commanding stage presence keep audiences locked in until the very last kick.
